‘Faith in the Community’

For the past seven years Faith Greaves has been integrated in the diverse fabric of Calgary North East and North West Communities.  Born in Jamaica, Faith immigrated to Canada, had three amazing children, and is proud to call Calgary home.

When it comes to community engagement, Faith is committed to leading by example. Through her organization Mozia Women’s Network and her volunteer activity on city boards and committees, she has sought to build engagement by either accessing resources available and providing one on one support and guidance, or by creating paths to new ones.  Faith takes pride in bridging social economic cultural and racial divides, and is looking forward to taking ward 10 forward with the objective of building ‘Abundant Communities’ that serve the people and their needs, a central aim of her campaign for city council in 2017.
